Replacement and Return Policy

Replacement Policy:

1- The consumer has the right to replace the product within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he has no right to replace the product after seven days have passed.

2- To replace the product, the product must be in its original condition and the consumer has not used it or obtained its benefit. And the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its condition.

3- The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the international exchange, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company.

4- In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

Return Policy:
